NOTICE TO BIDDERS • GRETNA PUBLIC SCHOOLS

NOTICE is hereby given that Gretna Public Schools is soliciting bids from qualified subcontractors to provide Plumbing, HVAC or complete Mechanical Work at Maintenance Building – North, 902 South Street Gretna, NE 68028. The specifications and other bidding documents for the project will be available through MCL Construction, 14558 Portal Circle, LaVista, NE 68138. A pre-bid meeting will be held at the site on November 11 th at 2:00 pm to address questions and for a walk-through of the project. Attendance at the pre-bid meeting is not mandatory but encouraged.

Emailed bids are due on or before November 17 th , 2026 at 2:00 p.m. Emailed bids shall be sent to Gretna Public Schools, attention to Russ Olsen at rolsen@gpsne.org and copied to Rainwood Development Partners, attention to Alex Henery at ahenery@rdpne.com. Only such bids as have been received via email at the time and date listed above, will be considered.

Following the submission of bids, the bids will be evaluated, and a firm will be selected. Gretna Public Schools reserves the right to reject any, and all bids received that are not deemed to be in the best interests of the district. The school district further reserves the right to cancel or amend the request for bids at any time and will notify all persons requesting bid documents accordingly.
